Airport pickup and waiting
Prepare your arrival details and understand the confirmed free waiting periods.
Before arrival
Send customer service your travel date, flight details, pickup airport, destination, passenger count and luggage details. Confirm the meeting location and vehicle information for your booking; do not assume a particular terminal, parking area or pickup bay.
Free waiting periods
- Pick-ups at Hong Kong International Airport, Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Zhuhai Airport and Macau International Airport include 60 minutes of free waiting; other airports include 30 minutes.
- Hotel, residential or other ordinary pickup location: 30 minutes of free waiting.
- Border crossing: 30 or 60 minutes depending on travel documents; ask which applies.
Delays and timing
The waiting start conditions, document-category mapping and overtime charges need confirmation. Ask customer service how waiting is counted for your trip. If your arrival or collection plans change, share the updated details and confirm any revised arrangements or quotation.
For airport drop-offs, our usual pickup/departure guideline is 3 hours before the flight’s departure time for Shenzhen Bao’an Airport and 4 hours before it for Hong Kong Airport. These are pickup-time guidelines, not driving durations. For distant pickup locations, heavy traffic or unusual border conditions, check Amap, add the 30-minute journey buffer and arrange an earlier pickup as needed, allowing the airline’s required advance arrival time.
