When to pay
No deposit is required. Pay the full fare for this trip when you reach the destination, before leaving the vehicle.
Confirm your quotation
Check the pickup and destination addresses, service type, total fare and currency with customer service. CNY means Chinese yuan; HKD means Hong Kong dollars. They are distinct currencies, so do not assume that a bare currency symbol identifies either one.
Changes to the trip
Weekend, night, urgent bookings and extra stops need a manual quotation when their conditions or charges are unconfirmed. If your itinerary changes, ask customer service to confirm the revised quote and payment method before relying on an amount.
A formal invoice costs an additional CNY 50. An ordinary receipt is free and can be photographed for your records.
