Confirm your documents
Tell customer service your route, direction of travel and the types of travel documents held by each passenger. Confirm document requirements with the relevant authorities; a transport booking does not confirm permission to enter a destination.
Confirm the crossing arrangements
The operator must confirm the selected border crossing and the procedure for your trip. Ask whether passengers need to leave the vehicle, how luggage is handled and where to meet afterward. Do not assume that arrangements from a previous trip apply.
Border waiting
Free border waiting is 30 or 60 minutes depending on documents. The exact category mapping, start conditions and overtime charges need confirmation. Ask customer service which conditions apply before departure.
