Confirm the arrangements

Ask customer service to confirm the service type, vehicle suitability, meeting place, selected crossing and crossing procedure. We offer direct single-vehicle service to Macau. Contact our team to confirm vehicle permits, dispatch, border procedures and the total fare. Check the total fare and currency; CNY and HKD are different currencies.

Check waiting and payment

Pick-ups at Hong Kong International Airport, Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Zhuhai Airport and Macau International Airport include 60 minutes of free waiting; other airports include 30 minutes. Hotel, residential and other ordinary pick-ups include 30 minutes of free waiting. Border waiting is 30 or 60 minutes depending on documents. Confirm start conditions and any overtime charge. No deposit is required: pay the full fare at the destination before leaving the vehicle.

For your exact pickup, destination and planned departure time, check Amap’s driving estimate and add 30 minutes as a buffer for border clearance and traffic. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time. For airport drop-offs, also allow the airline’s required advance arrival time.

For airport drop-offs, our usual pickup/departure guideline is 3 hours before the flight’s departure time for Shenzhen Bao’an Airport and 4 hours before it for Hong Kong Airport. These are pickup-time guidelines, not driving durations. For distant pickup locations, heavy traffic or unusual border conditions, check Amap, add the 30-minute journey buffer and arrange an earlier pickup as needed, allowing the airline’s required advance arrival time.
