   We create a group chat with you and dispatch to confirm the itinerary and any changes. Pay the full fare for this journey at the destination, before getting out of the vehicle. Use the payment method confirmed by our team.

   Pick-up and border crossing

   We will send the confirmed driver and vehicle details before pickup. If dispatch changes, we will promptly update you. Your driver will guide you through the border procedures.

Payment

We create a group chat with you and dispatch to confirm the itinerary and any changes. Pay the full fare for this journey at the destination, before getting out of the vehicle. Use the payment method confirmed by our team. A formal invoice costs an additional CNY 50. An ordinary receipt is free and can be photographed for your records.

Before departure

Before pickup we will share the confirmed driver name, contact number and vehicle plate. If the vehicle changes, we will update you promptly. For Hong Kong Airport pickups, we will also confirm the exact meeting point.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us in the group chat as early as you can. The closer to departure, the less room there is to adjust, and it depends on that day's dispatch.
